Indonesia’s mining sector not only plays an important role in the national economy, but also in building an inclusive, sustainable and adaptive work ecosystem. One of the strategic issues is improving the quality of human resources, including encouraging the role of women in leadership.
The Indonesian Mining Services Association (ASPINDO) together with Pamerindo Indonesia present a MINING HERoes webinar with the theme “Human Capital and Women Leadership in Mining”. This event will review HR management strategies, trends in women’s leadership in mining, as well as opportunities for cross-stakeholder collaboration.
