Peabody announced that it elected Georganne Hodges and Clayton Walker as new members of the company’s board of directors. Hodges is an international board director and former energy chief financial officer with nearly 40 years of experience working across the energy industry value chain, simultaneously serving on committees and boards for PBF Energy, National Gas Services Group and BWC Terminals. Walker is a senior executive with more than 30 years’ experience in operations and strategic development across complex mining projects, recently retiring as chief growth and development officer, copper at Rio Tinto, and previously serving as the CEO and executive chairman of Iron Ore Co. of Canada.
