Holding another EGMS, TINS ​​Appoints Ratih Mayasari as HR Director

Jakarta, TAMBANG, – The state-owned tin mining company, PT TIMAH Tbk (TINS) again held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) which discussed and determined a number of the Company’s strategic agendas at the Borobudur Hotel, Wednesday (17/12). In this meeting, several company policies related to future business needs were discussed. This is also part of the Company’s strategy to increase the effectiveness of decision making, strengthen the supervisory function, and ensure that company planning can run according to regulations.

Apart from that, the EGMS also approved changes to the Company’s Articles of Association, among other things, in order to adapt to laws and policies, including Law Number 16 of 2025 concerning the Fourth Amendment to Law Number 19 of 2003 concerning State-Owned Enterprises (“BUMN Law”).

Shareholders also gave their approval for the delegation of authority to the Company’s Board of Commissioners to approve the Company’s Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) for 2026 and the Company’s Long Term Plan (RJPP) for 2026–2030, including its amendments.

At this EGMS, shareholders approved the dismissal of Andi Seto Gadhista Asapa as HR Director of PT TIMAH Tbk and the appointment of Ratih Mayasari as HR Director of PT TIMAH Tbk.

Ratih previously served as Finance Director of Perumda Pasar Jaya. He has held this position since 2022. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Telkom University (2000) as an outstanding student with a full scholarship from the Indonesian Engineering Education Foundation. He also successfully obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Gadjah Mada University with cum laude honors (2015). Then he took further education and obtained a Masters in Accounting (M. Ak.) at the University of Indonesia (2023) with cum laude honors and succeeded in publishing research on Accounting and Ethics in one of the accredited national accounting journals, Sinta 2 (2022).

“With the results of this EGMS, the Company is optimistic that it can continue to improve its performance, strengthen its competitiveness, and provide sustainable added value for shareholders and stakeholders,” explained Corporate Secretary PT TIMAH Tbk, Rendi Kurniawan.

Rendi added that the approval of this EGMS is expected to support the smooth planning and management process of the Company, as well as strengthen the implementation of good corporate governance principles and strengthen the company’s leadership structure to make it more adaptive.

According to him, holding the EGMS is a form of the Company’s commitment to implementing the principles of openness, accountability and good corporate governance (GCG). The Company also expresses its appreciation and thanks to the previous management for the dedication, contribution and service they have given during their term of office.

“This EGMS is an important momentum to strengthen the company’s leadership structure so that it is more adaptive and able to encourage sustainable performance,” concluded Rendi.
