This journey of more than four decades is proof of SCU’s consistency in supporting operational needs through innovative and integrated services in the fields of Warehouse & Data Management and Information & Communication Technology (ICT). With a strong track record, SCU continues to provide services that support the continuity of client operations and ensure every process runs safely and efficiently.
This 46 year momentum is also a reflection of the journey of transformation and strengthening SCU’s capabilities. Throughout 2025 to early 2026, SCU recorded a number of important milestones that confirmed client trust and demonstrated the company’s good performance, including successfully migrating 1,400 RTU SCADA with Zero LTI (May 2025), upgrading and recertifying ISO 27001:2022 (June 2025). In September 2025, SCU received recognition from clients through Best Vendor Performance from PIEP at Supplier Engagement Day 2025 and Best Vendor Regional 5 from Pertamina Hulu Energi.
Strengthening governance and service quality was also marked by the achievement of “Special” and “Very Good” Accreditation in the Storage, Arrangement and Media Transfer category from the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (2023-2025).
On the other hand, SCU continues to expand its contribution and strategic collaboration, including strengthening its existence in the Green Energy industry for Flow2Max products through synergy and signing a commercial collaboration with Ecolab (December 2025), as well as strategic collaboration on Artificial Intelligence (AI) digital transformation with FPT Software Indonesia (January 2026) for the development of AI-based products.
In the aspect of corporate culture, SCU also recorded achievements through two awards at the PHE 2025 Culture Summit. In terms of operational aspects, to date SCU manages 190 active contracts, which reflects the level of client trust in the company’s consistent performance and service quality.
Didik added that in the future SCU will continue to strengthen its capabilities in the fields of technology and data management to answer the challenges of an increasingly dynamic industry.
