Jakarta, MINE – PLN Indonesia Power ensures the operational readiness of national power plants ahead of Idul Fitri 1447 Hijriah (H).
To ensure the reliability of electricity supply during the holiday period, the company has alerted 114 standby posts and 12,597 personnel spread across various generating units throughout Indonesia.
Overall, PLN Indonesia Power has a supply capacity of 15.03 gigawatts (GW) which is ready to be operated to meet the community’s electricity needs and maintain the stability of the national electricity system during standby periods.
President Director of PLN Indonesia Power, Bernadus Sudarmanta, said that the operational readiness of the generator is the company’s priority to ensure that the electricity supply remains reliable during the Eid al-Fitr moment.
“PLN Indonesia Power is committed to ensuring that all generating units operate optimally through infrastructure readiness, strengthening operating systems, and professional human resource support,” said Bernadus in an official statement in Jakarta, Monday (9/3).
This preparedness is part of PLN Indonesia Power’s efforts to maintain the reliability of the generation system and ensure that the electricity supply remains safe and stable for the community during the Idul Fitri period.
“With the support of a supply capacity of 15.03 GW and the preparedness of 114 posts and 12,597 personnel, we are ready to maintain the reliability of electricity supply during the Idul Fitri period so that community activities can take place safely and comfortably,” he added.
